As Valentine's gift to his partner Sarah Grace Quinto, Dela Cruz figured that a sack of rice makes a better gift than a box of chocolate or roses, and over 40,000 netizens couldn't agree more.

No more than 24 hours since the photo was posted, Dela Cruz' post has instantly become viral with over 41,000 reactions and 40,700 shares.
"Mahal kong Sarah, Maging praktikal na tayo ngayon. Dahil ang presyo ng bulaklak ay presyo na ng isang sakong bigas ngayon. Sana alagaan mo ang katawan mo. Nagmamahal Adrian," Dela Cruz wrote.
