Known for being a vocal supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte, comedian and actress Ai-Ai delas Alas voiced out her appreciation for the grand welcome Cambodia prepared for Duterte.

According to some reports, the President was welcomed like a "rockstar" by the Filipino community in Cambodia as well. 


The actress shared the preparation of the country for Duterte on Instagram, saying she was delighted by how different countries are respecting the president.

The President's portrait along with the Philippine flag was displayed on Phnom Penh street in Cambodia during the state visit. 












Philippine Ambassador to Cambodia Christopher Montero also shared how Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen sees Duterte as an ally and looks up to him too.
