After the agreement between China and Philippines, over 1 million jobs for the Filipinos are expected in the country and most jobs will be brought to several provinces. These job opportunities will be opened when the $13.5 billion investment from the business agreement between the two countries.
Undersecretary Noel Puyat said that these newly created jobs will be mostly outside the Metro Manila area. According to China Investment Cooperation Fund, the jobs to be offer will be more on infrastructure and tourism as soon as possible.

Romano also said that hotel will benefit from those business investments. He also said that they had already a plan to build smaller hotels particularly those with Chinese branch like Jinjang.
Aside from China, Sweden also offers more jobs to the Philippines. “If the Philippines continues to increase its investments and infrastructure and transport, it will create both 1-year doing the infrastructure investment but also perhaps a new partnership between Swedish and Philippine companies,” said by Mikael Damberg, Minister of Enterprise and Innovation, Sweden quoted by GMA.
