Suspected Eastern Visayas drug lord Kerwin Espinosa is now preparing to leave Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for Manila, Philippines.

An exclusive photo taken by ABS-CBN News’ Maan Macapagal shows Espinosa with whistleblower and President Rodrigo Duterte’s supporter, Sandra Cam, at the Al Watba jail.

The younger Espinosa was arrested last month with the help of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who tipped authorities of his whereabouts.

The Philippine National Police said securing Espinosa is a top priority, and the Department of Justice led by Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II said the government is open to putting the suspected drug lord under its Witness Protection Program.
